Founded in 2015, Palazzo di Varignana spans over 700 hectares of regenerated rural land, where ancient olive groves have been lovingly brought back to life.

Across 265 hectares of native olive trees, we cultivate olives with care and respect to our land resulting in award-winning extra virgin olive oil, celebrated worldwide. Our work is rooted in tradition, sustainability, and excellence Recognized with the Municipal Designation of Origin from Bologna, our olive oil stands as a symbol of local authenticity and quality.
